PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Thank you for shopping with Christian Culture™. Below you will find details regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods.

  • Orders placed after [12 PM EST] will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

All duties, customs fees, and import taxes are covered by Christian Culture™.
Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that customs processing times may occasionally cause delays beyond estimated delivery windows.

3. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Items labeled as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order will include estimated production and shipping timelines in the product description.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may:

  • Ship together once all items are available, or

  • Ship separately (no additional shipping fees may apply)

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Christian Culture™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. If unresolved, contact us at support@christianculture.clothing within [2 days] of the marked delivery date.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
