Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).

If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@christianculture.clothing with your order number.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the return shipping cost along with your item refund. To qualify for reimbursement:

  • The return must be approved prior to shipping.

  • A receipt or proof of shipping cost must be provided.

  • Standard shipping rates will be reimbursed (expedited shipping upgrades are not refundable).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Late or Missing Returns

Returns sent after the 14-day window may be denied or eligible for store credit only.
